A Scam Email with the Subject "INVESTMENT RELATIONSHIP PROJECT" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 07 Jan 2008 22:12:19 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was Mr Henry Bori Mboma <>, although it may have been spoofed.

My name is Mr Henry Bori Mboma, a citizen of Nairobi, Kenya. Formerly,
I worked for the Kenya government, under the Administration of former
President of Kenya, Daniel Arap Moi.
