I am 22 years old and I currently live in Cote d'Ivoire in Abidjan with my younger brother since 05 July 2004 in an effort to withdraw my mailbox and its contents for investment. But once we arrived here there was the crisis and the security agency in question informed us that our package has accumulated charges for his care that we had to be resolved before the withdrawal of the box.
