Dear Friend, My name is Barrister Simeon Martins from Spain. I am a Lawyer the Legal A= dviser Officer of a LAW FIRM here in Spain. I have a business proposal which I b= elieve that will be a very Good opportunity for both of us so I decided to conta= ct you on this business opportunity. The business is this one of my client MR. O= MAR ALSAIF, who died along with his entire family on 12th December 2003 in a ghastly motor accident along Barcelona express way. Before he died he deposited the sum of 10.7m US dollars (Ten Million Seve= n Hundred Thousand United States Dollars)in a Bank here in Spain. Since we got information about his death, we have been expecting his next= of kin to come over and claim his money because the management of the bank can n= ot release it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin to the deceased = as indicated in the banking guidelines but unfortunately I learnt that all h= is family died alongside with him at the motor accident leaving nobody behin= d for the claim. Since you are a foreigner you can easily make this deal with me, I will g= ive you all the secret information=92s of this deposit which will help you to cla= im this money as the next of kin. it is therefore upon this discovery that I deci= ded to make this business proposal to you and release the money to you since nob= ody as the next of kin to the deceased since nobody is coming for it and I don=92= t want this money to go into the banks treasury as unclaimed funds or declared t= o the government of Spain, once this is done the government of Spain will confi= scate the funds, which is not good for both of us instead its better for us to = do the deal and map out something for charity from the money and share the rest = . I agreed that 40 % of this money will be for you as a foreign partner, in r= espect to the provision of a foreign account, while 60 % would be for me and my = family. After I will visit your country for disbursement, according to the percen= tage indicated. Therefore to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to you= r account as arranged, you must apply first to the bank as the next of kin = of the deceased indicating your interest of claim of your inherited funds, upon = receipt of your reply through my above email address, I will send to you by email= the text of the application which you will send to the bank. I will not fail = to bring to your notice that this transaction is a hitch free that you shoul= d not entertain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made perfectly. At this moment you should feel free to contact me through emai= l as soon as you receive this letter. You should understand that this should b= e kept very confidential, let it be between you and me only. This is the only wa= y we can achieve success. I assure you that from the day your application will= be sent to the bank these funds will be transferred to your bank account und= er 4 to 5 working days. I will level the whole arrangement as a lawyer here i= n the bank for the transfer to be approved immediately. If you are interested in the above proposal, contact me immediately through the phone numbers indicated above for more details. You must maintain absolute confidentiality to ensure success. Pl= ease indicate your personal Telephone numbers when replying . For security rea= sons, you can contact me either by phone or through my secured email address: simeonmartins@aim.com . Looking forward to your urgent reply Best Regards, Barrister Simeon Martins.
