This email with the subject "Dear Good Friend." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 14 Jan 2008 08:45:53 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.
The sender was "Mr Ken Daniel" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
