This email with the subject "Dear," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 08 Apr 2007 17:13:47 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.
The sender was "firstname.lastname@example.org felix" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
