I recently approved a contract for Supplies and intentionally over-invoiced same to the tune of fifty two million dollars.[52,000,000,00USD] I cannot apply for this money directly, as this will expose my direct involvement. I am willing after conclusion to offer you 20% of the entire sum for your cooperation. All expenses will be covered by me and this offer requires no upfront fees of your funds whatsoever. Note: The foreign supplier has executed the contract, and received fully actual cost of supplies. All that is required is your details for processing of the payment applications and approvals to you. The entire processes will be concluded within seven working days. I have sent you this email not without fears as to what the consequences might be, if you choose to betray me, I have a lovely family and this is an occasion to provide them with new opportunities, do not betray my confidence.
