A Scam Email with the Subject "YOUR INHERITANCE FUND IS ON PROCESS NOW." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 17 May 2007 05:18:35 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was, although it may have been spoofed.

Attn: Beneficiary,

During the auditing and closing of all financial records of the Central 
Bank of Nigeria (CBN) it was discovered from the records of outstanding 
foreign contractors fund due for payment with the Federal Government of 
Nigeria in the year 2007, your name and account information is next on 
the list of those who will receive their fund. 
I wish to officially notify you that your payment is being processed 
and will be released to you as soon as you respond to this letter. Also 
note that from the record in our file, your outstanding contract payment

was WILL to you by our customer to use it for the less priviladge in 
his country (UNITED STATE OF AMERICA) It is written in his contract  file

,signed,documented, seal and set in our computer desktop. Kindly 
re-confirm to me the following informations as to check if  it is inline
what we have in your file record and also re-confirm the information 
below to enable this office proceed and finalize your fund  for immediate
