This email with the subject "kindly provide your phone/fax numbers" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 05 Sep 2007 21:23:55 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.
The sender was "Mr. Scott Andrew" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
