the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN)
Be informed that the new civilian president of Nigeria,Omar Musa Yar’ Adua has ordered the release
of all contractors payments owing by the
Nigerian Government in the past administration.
I wish to officially bring to your notice that all the payments have since been paid, and after the
payments were made to the contractors, we
recovered the accrued interest of (US$14M) in my department where I work as the Director which I
have the immunity to transfer abroad for my own use.
In this regard, I need somebody like you who I can trust so that he/she will receive this fund for
mutual benefit.
Note that the released of the fund is alternatively / optionally; the fund will come to you by
either banking transfer or through Diplomatic means. Please indicate your readiness to receive the
fund via bank transfer or through diplomatic means.
When you receive the fund, I will come over to your country to discuss on how to invest my own
share in a real estate in your country. The fund will be shared: 50% for me, 40% for your
assistance and 10% will be set aside for unforeseen expenses from the both sides.
Be informed that every arrangement has been concluded for a hitch-free and successful transaction
and the transaction is 100% safe. All I need is sincerity and trust to be our watchwords throughout
the execution mof the transaction, please keep it TOP confidential for security reasons.
Awaiting your prompt response via my email address;

Since you’re here …
we have a small favour to ask. More people are visting Scamdex and Scamalot than ever but advertising revenues are falling fast and we have no 'product' to sell. And unlike many informational websites, we haven’t put up a paywall or membership barrier – we want to keep our site as open as we can. So you can see why we need to ask for your help. Scamdex/Scamalot websites takes a lot of time, money and hard work to keep running. We do this because we hate to see our fellow humans getting scammed out of their hard-earned money by low-lives.
