A Scam Email with the Subject "DR Frank Bill" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 24 Aug 2006 22:12:28 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was "Mr. Frank" <att512@virgilio.it>, although it may have been spoofed.

foreign client (one of the former African Leaders) who deposited a huge 
sum of money (Â50.5million Pounds Sterling) with our organization here
