The following notification is directly for our Valued Customer: We have blocked unusual charges to a credit card linked to your account by limiting your account. When your account access is limited by PayPal, it means that you won't be able to do certain things with your account; you might not be able to send or withdraw money temporarily. In a continuing effort to provide our users with state-of-the-art security, we limit accounts that may be in threat. Please get ahold of the attachment that we have given from this email and thoroughly fill in the required fields (in the form). Your information will be reviewed and our security team will restore your account access back to its normal state. We would like to thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, PayPal Security Services
