A Scam Email with the Subject "BUSINESS VENTURE" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 04 Jun 2015 16:14:18 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Mr. Chung Hong"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

I am writing to you on behalf of Mr. Chen Shui-Bian. My name is Chung Hong, and I am bank executive here at the Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Hong Kong Branch. Our bank website is .
My friend Mr. Chen Shui-Bian has presented a subtle offer which will need the help of a partner like you to complete successfully. Mr. Chen Shui-Bian is in a difficult situation and he must immediately relocate certain sums of money out and this must be done in such a way that it must not be tied to Mr. Chen.
The money is currently deposited in the name of an existing legal entity. Your role will be to:
