Dear Sir,

I am Ahmed Dadah, a Libyan citizen, now on asylum in London due to the renewed civil war by the
Militia and a rebellion rtd army General. My father was recently killed in Benghazi due to his
support to the new government of Prime Minister Abdullah al- Thani and I was also threatened to be
killed, when I decided to escape to London until peace and harmony returns to the soil of Libya.

Anyway, let me not take much of your time with the situation in Libya as my family was mostly
affected. I lost my father- Abdullahi Dadah, his business and most of the family’s assets because
the militants rebels claimed that my father is supporting the new government of Libya after the
death of former President Mamman Gadaffi and as such, I had to escape Libya with my wife and
children to London where my father had made some deposit with a financial institution and I want to
invest the fund with an overseas partner (either on long term or short term investment) because in
Libya the war and killings appeared to be continued for a long time. Honestly, I want to invest and
make use of this fund in your country, as I cannot invest it here in UK due to their high-tax
regime and harsh monetary laws.

There are two options by which this transaction can be achieved. The fund can be wired from a Bank
in UK to your choosen account or we can inquire if it can be delivered in cash to your country by a
financial envoy. Let me assure you that the transaction is a hitch-free one, as you have nothing to
loose as every arrangements has been concluded for a smooth transaction.Let me hear from you, so
that my lawyer can apply for the approvals and transfer to your nominated account. Please feel free
to contact me on: +44-793-7438790 or email me through the below stated email address.

Let me stop here, hoping that you will respond promptly. Thanks for your anticipated cooperation.
