A Scam Email with the Subject "Glad To Contact You" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 28 May 2015 17:41:28 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "ADAMS"<firstname.lastname@example.org>, although it may have been spoofed.
Glad To Contact You, My name is Mr.Ben Adams. I work with a Bank here in Ghana as the Regional manager. I have packaged a transaction that will be of mutual benefit to us. As the Regional manager it is my duty to send a financial report to my head office in the capital city, Accra, at the end of each financial year. Following the release of the 2013 fiscal year, I discovered that my branch made Nine million five hundred and thirty thousand united state dollars ($9,530,000.00); from the transactions accruing to the account of the Inland Revenue Service (IRS).
