This scam email, with the subject "Urgent eviction notice No4855" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 06 Feb 2014 12:22:39 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender appears to have been "Eviction Notice" <service_notice@mayerbrown.com>, although it is highly likely that this has been spoofed.
Eviction notice,

We hereby give you a notice that due to multiple violations
your tenancy of the premises you occupy
will be terminated on March 09, 2014.

Detailed description of the violations and
adjudication are attached herewith.

Unless you vacate the property until March 28, 2014,
the Court will provide an order to evict you and require
you to pay all the costs incurred in bringing this action.
