This email with the subject "Hsbc Account Security Update" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 13 Apr 2008 11:16:56 -0700 and has been classified as a Phishing, ID Theft Scam.

The sender was Hsbc Account Department <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear valued HSBC® member:

 Due to concerns, for the safety and integrity of the HSBC
account we have issued this warning message.

However, failure to update your records will result in account suspension.
