This email with the subject "Dear Customer" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 11 Oct 2006 08:03:06 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was "E*TRADE" <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear E*TRADE Customer,

We recently reviewed your account, and suspect that your E*TRADE account may have been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
Protecting the security of your account and of the E*TRADE network is our primary concern.
