A Scam Email with the Subject "you have received a pre-delivery notification" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 08 Oct 2013 03:16:35 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was <notification@ukmail.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

Carded Reference or Consignment Number 3354479

When collecting a parcel from a UK Mail depot, please ensure that you bring the card posted through your letterbox and both proof of identity such as a
passport or driving licence and proof of residence for example a utility bill.

If another person is collecting the parcel on your behalf, they need to bring your proof of identity, your proof of residence, a letter of authority signed
by you, along with their own proof of identity.

Please note that some customers may have restrictions in place whereby the parcel must be collected in person by you.
