A Scam Email with the Subject "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 24 Apr 2013 08:22:36 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was International Credit Settlement <>, although it may have been spoofed.

out that your among the lucky beneficiaries of the Asian ATM sweepstakes and why you have not 
received your payment is because you have not fulfilled the obligations given to you in respect to 
your ATM sweepstakes and Contract/inheritance payment.
