This email with the subject "secure your account" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 31 Oct 2012 16:23:48 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam.

The sender was "Service Paypal" <>, although it may have been spoofed.

The Personal Information update - PayPa: 

We have recently determined that different computers have logged into your account,
and spends a lot of failures were present before the login.
Therefore, your account has been limited. To recover your account Paypal, you'll need to update your account information.
