A Scam Email with the Subject "ACH payment canceled" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 26 Oct 2011 08:12:20 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was, although it may have been spoofed.


The ACH transfer (ID: 4909990517946), recently sent from your checking account (by you or any other person), was rejected by the other financial institution.

The 2007 Federal Reserve Payments Study revealed ACH payments had the largest compound annual growth rate, 18.6 percent, of all U.S. non-cash payments.
