An Email with the Subject "†No Subject†" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 28 Sep 2011 17:23:15 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr. Abdulrahman Ibrahim" <akpatel@iitk.ac.in>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
Attn: This letter might come to you as a surprise but it is coming with the best of intentions and will be of mutual benefit to all the parties involved. I am Abdulrahman Ibrahim the son to one of the secretary to the former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak. I am writing to solicit your assistance to secure funds that are with a Cargo company. The fund in question is a total of $45,000,000 (Forty Five Million United States Dollars) in $100 bills and stashed in Two crates and was shipped out of Egypt through a diplomatic means by a Cargo company and they are not aware of the real content of the crates for security reasons. I am looking For your assistance in getting the crates out from the Cargo company and securing the funds, since this is the only cash i can lay my hand,since the government began frozen of assets of every one that worked under President Hosni Mubarak along with his wife,eldest son, younger son, and both of the sons' wives.
