A Scam Email with the Subject "Winning Notice" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 23 Feb 2007 13:39:07 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was LOTTERY BOARD <webinfounit67@bellsouth.net>, although it may have been spoofed.
