A Scam Email with the Subject "Hello Dear," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 15 Jul 2011 19:17:37 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "2011 NorthCarolina Education Lottery." <Info@NorthCarolina.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
