A Scam Email with the Subject "CONGRATULATION!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 30 Jun 2011 17:20:15 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was UK NATIONAL LOTTERY <sbatten28@optusnet.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
