A Scam Email with the Subject "Letter Notification Of Your Part Payment" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 31 Dec 2010 06:46:40 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Kenneth Miller (Citi Bank)"<office@citibank.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
