A Scam Email with the Subject "Dear Friend," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 18 Nov 2010 13:50:31 -0800 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was DRLUSEE MARK <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear Friend,
This message might meet you in utmost surprise, However it's just my urgent need for a foreign partner that made me to contact you for this transaction.
Sorry to distract your attention, I AM DR LUSEE MAEK STAFF OF (B.O.A) BANK HERE IN OUAGADOUGOU BURKINA FASO. I Hope that you will not expose or betray this trust and confident that I am about to repose on you for the mutual benefit of our both families.
I came across a very huge sum of money that belonging to one of our deceased customer who died in a plane crash.
I would like you to indicate your interest to receive the transfer of ($5.5M Dollars) to your account within 14 banking days.
I will like you to stand as the next of kin to my late client whose account is presently dormant for claim. This money has been dormant for years in our Bank without claim. I want the bank to release the money to you as the nearest person to our deceased customer, the owner of the account died along with his families
