You are viewing an Email identified as a Scam, It has the Subject "Tip: IB Blocked" and it was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 20 Oct 2010 22:17:29 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Standard Bank Plc <>, although that address was probably spoofed. It is recommended that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, as you will expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Do you know that fraudsters are now using sim swap to receive OTP message on their cellphones and hack into account holders login?

We have noticed that someone other than you logged into your account on the 20th of October 2010 at 11:11 PM, due to this, we have decided to suspend your online banking to confirm, update and protect you from this evolving threat.

You are required to update your account, if you do not receive OTP within 10mins then your sim card has been swapped. Sign On
