SUSAN IPELENG BOGOPANE HENDRIETTA, visually impaired widow with three children and the current Deputy Minister of Public Works. I received your details from South African foreign information exchange in Pretoria on a personal request in search of a reliable and trustworthy foreign individual after due deliberation with my children. I decided to contact you for your assistance to stand as a beneficiary to the sum of US$15.6M (Fifteen Million, Six Hundred Thousand United States Dollars Only). Feel free to view my profile on the South African Government website below :-(http://www.info.gov.za/aboutgovt/contacts/depmin/publicworks.htm) After the swearing in of South African Government in 1999, I was made the chairperson of Parliamentary Joint Monitoring Committee and a lot of government contracts were awarded to my late husband with my influence, this actually paved way to our family success, but unfortunately my husband died while he was on an official trip to Trinidad and Tobago in 2008. Afterward I discovered that my late husband has deposited the sum of US$15.6M with a security and finance institution here in South Africa. This fund emanated as a result of an over-invoiced contract which he executed with the Government of South Africa before his sudden death, though I assisted him in getting this contract I never knew that it there was over-invoiced. I am afraid that the government of South Africa might start squally to investigate some awarded contract prior from then and might also confiscate this fund if investigated and this might affect my political career in government. I need your assistance in helping me to transfer this fund into your provided account by opening a non-residence account here firstly before this fund can be transferred. As soon as you confirmed this fund into your account, I will send my eldest son with my attorney to come to your country to discuss on how I will investment my own share of percentage in your country. For your assistance, I am offering you 20% of the principal sum and there will also be an agreement that you and I will sign to uphold trust and sincerity before and after this transfer.
