A Scam Email with the Subject "Overseas Credit Commission" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 10 Apr 2010 10:38:35 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Dr. Kenneth Kelley (JP)"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

Sequel to the recently approved over-due payment of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand United 
States Dollars (US$ 5.500,000.00) As approved by the Over-due payment department of the OVERSEAS 
CREDIT COMMISSION (OCC), London, United Kingdom, a direct payment for 1st quarter of the year from 
the Headquarters in (UK).

You are hereby notified through this electronic mail service (email) that your name and payment 
approval was short listed to receive payment of the above stated amount in the 1st quarter pay 
package of the year 2010. All arrangements have been put to place for a swift electronic transfer 
of your approved amount of  US$ 5.500,000.00. Into your designated bank account upon completion of 
the payment transfer modalities.

For confirmation of beneficial right, you are requested to respond to this email and provide us 
with the following requirements:

1). Your names in full.
2). Your contact address, telephone and fax numbers.
3). Attach in your response a copy of your identification (international passport/ National 
driver’s license).

Upon receipt of the above stated requirements, you will be intimated on further procedures that 
will enable the release of your approved amount to you.
