A Scam Email with the Subject "Congratulations: You have won" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 30 Jan 2010 16:29:24 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "MICROSOFT EMAIL PROMOTION" <info.winner@microsoft.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
