country with your Visa or MasterCard. The recipient receives the transfer put on a card Visa debit 
card that can be used worldwide at ATMs to withdraw cash. This debit card, which is reusable, is 
sent to the recipient.
As part of our expansion pack and advocacy for fiscal year 2010, we are pleased to inform you that 
your email was selected to receive grants this year from the $ 2.8 million U.S. dollars. This 
funding would be made available to through iKobo Visa card.
We have concluded plans to deliver this letter to you as soon as possible.

What Is This?

This Email with the Subject "DELIVERY" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 22 Jan 2010 13:02:19 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "ikobo inc"<>, although that address was probably spoofed. We recommend that you do not attempt to contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.
