Dear customer, We have received a directive from our private banking section (Abbey National Bank plc) which goes in your favour. This directive is for a full settlement of the sum of Twelve Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States Dollars (US$12,500,000.00) via our available Bond as full settlement of your over-due contract entitlement being held by the UK Financial Services Authority. This system of payment via Bond (which) will be discounted into your local bank account was necessitated by lack of liquidity caused by the present global economic meltdown. Kindly re-confirm both your mailing address and your direct telephone number for verification purposes. We will update you with the modalities for change of beneficiary of this current Bond as well as its subsequent discounting into your bank account as cash. Thanks. Luqman Arnold Abbey National Securities plc, London, UK.
