A Scam Email with the Subject "Re: DEAR WINNER" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 18 Jun 2009 17:07:33 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "Charles SOLUDO" <impaulb@rogers.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
