A Scam Email with the Subject "Fw: FINAL PAYMENT NOTIFICATION" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 01 Jun 2009 07:41:02 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was "Frank Phillips" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
