A Scam Email with the Subject "YOUR DEAD RELATIVE 1ST JUNE 2009" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 01 Jun 2009 05:55:04 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "" <>, although it may have been spoofed.

    I am Barrister Martin Howard, a solicitor at law. I am the personal Attorney To your late brother Raymond ,a national of your country, who has the same last name with you .On the 21st of April 2002; my client was involved in a car accident,Unfortunately he lost his life.

    I have contacted you to assist in repatriating the money and property left behind by my client before they get confiscated or declared unserviceable by the Bank where this huge deposit was lodged. The bank where the deceased had an account valued at about $3.8Million dollars has issued me with a notice to provide the next of kin or have the account Confiscated within the next twenty- one official working days.
