A Scam Email with the Subject "Dear Sir/Madam," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 17 May 2009 09:59:09 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "STAATS LOTERIJ AWARD 2009" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
