A Scam Email with the Subject "Fw: Congratulations" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 13 Oct 2008 09:02:36 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was Anne Zecca <>, although it may have been spoofed.
