A Scam Email with the Subject "SUPPLY" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 22 Apr 2009 15:52:17 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was "Mr. James Kofi" <firstname.lastname@example.org>, although it may have been spoofed.
The Government of Ghana, in West Africa, has received funds from the INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION(IDA) with loan number :IDA CREDIT NO:3964GH,and AGENCE FRANCAISE DE DEVELOPMENT(AFD),AFD LOAN NO:CGH 6004.01.G, towards the cost of community based rural development projects ( CBRDP) and intends to apply part of this fund to cover eligible payments under the contracts for the supply of the following items.
1. Water treatment plants and Chemicals.
3. Medical equipment.
4. Agro chemicals.
6. Educational infrastructure.
7. Fishing equipment.
8. Knapsack sprayer.
9. Treated mosquito net.
11. Hospital bed sheets and Pillow cases.
13. Security equipment.
14. Fire Fighting equipment.
Tender is open to all eligible foreign contractors from eligible source countries as defined in the
