A Scam Email with the Subject "ATM Payment" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 19 Feb 2009 01:03:13 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "African Developement Bank"<firstname.lastname@example.org>, although it may have been spoofed.
