The sender was Sammy Keter <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Sequel to our official regulations for transferring payment to beneficiaries designated account, this payment office have today concluded all arrangement about the transfer of your fund to your designated account.

Be informed that this Office have already scheduled the transfer of your fund to your designated accounts to be on Friday the 11th day of December 2008 at about 2.30pm Eastern time. 



Meanwhile this payment office has required you to cover the cost of final transfer (COT) fee of the transfer of your fund to your designated accounts with Bank LTD, the Cost of Transfer fee for transferring your fund has been calculated to be $7,880.29 (Seven Thousand, Eight Hundred and Eighty Dollars, Twenty Nine Cent Only) the calculation were prior to the tune of your amount to be transferred. Please note that the required COT is to be sent to our collection agency in Manchester Tennessee as soon as possible through Western Union Money Transfer, just to enable us meet up our transfer scheduled date and time for the transfer of your fund to your account, also be informed that we are not allowed to deduct any cent from the principal amount, the reason is that payment Voucher has been raised to the tune of your payment and we had an agreement with Bank of Africa that all their beneficiaries will receive their contract amount in full without any deduction. Also note that the required cost of transfer fee will be split into three parts with the names, City and State stated below.
