This Email with the Subject "Fw: From Hicks Michael" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 02 Dec 2008 03:57:52 -0800 and has been classified a s a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam Email. The sender shows as "Stanley Polansky" <clairstan@comcast.net>.< /p>

The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purpos es.

Hello Dear,

Firstly, I apologize for sending you this sensitive information via
e-mail instead of a Certified mail/Post-mail. This is due to the
urgency and importance of the information. Hence, this letter to you. I
humbly  crave your indulgence to read this e-mail with all seriousness
of purpose devoid of any doubt in your mind because this project is
based on Trust,  Confidentiality and Sincerity of purpose in order to
have an acceptable meeting of the minds.

Am not intended to cause any embarrassment in whatever form, rather it
is intended to contact your esteemed self, following the knowledge of
your high repute and trust worthiness. Firstly, I must solicit your
confidentiality. I know that a proposal of this magnitude will make
anyone apprehensive and worried, but I am assuring you that it is made
in good faith and will  be of mutual benefit.

I am Barrister.Hicks Michael, Attorney and Financial Adviser to late
(MR BURKE SEAN) Prior to his unexpected death in August , 2000
deposited the sum of money ($5.2 million United States dollars) with a
financial institution.

Eventually, he died in a plane crash and since his death, nobody has
come up for the claims as the next of kin. A situation I have monitored
closely with the financial institution.

Now having monitored this deposit and managed it over the years before
his death and hence nobody has shown up as the next of  kin for the
past years. I now solicit for your assistance to present you as the
next of kin as every other arrangement has been concluded by me, I am
only waiting for a foreigner to take possession of the deposit from the
Bank.

This does not have any risk attached to it as the entire document
required for claims will be obtained legally. As his personal Attorney
I cannot make claim regarding the funds, all I have to do is to present
somebody as his next of kin and beneficiary to make claims of the
subject matter.

I therefore request you to confirm your interest by a return message
and I will furnish you with details and more information on how to go
about the claim of the deposit from the Bank. I am waiting for your
