A Scam Email with the Subject "Congratulation you have won!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 21 Aug 2008 04:05:04 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was UK NATIONAL LOTTERY BOARD <>, although it may have been spoofed.
