A Scam Email with the Subject "supply inquiry" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 03 Mar 2009 01:53:43 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was DUKE FRANK <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Procurement of surgical,medical,hospital,clinical and laboratory equipment condom/Fertilizers.

 1)The government of the republic of Ghana has received a loan from the international fund for agricultural development(I F A D )and
African development fund(A D F)in various currencies towards the cost of rural enterprises projects phase four (rep-iv)and they intends to apply the part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for the payment of the equipments.
2) The project co-ordinator and management unit(PCMU) now invites seals bids from eligible bidders for the supply of the followings:
a. T-shirt / Condoms
b. Motorbike / Helment
c. Fertilizer
d. Hospital Equipments
e. Computer / LapTop Systems
f. Knapsack sprayer / Rain Boots
g.Treated Mosquito Net
g. human drugs etc
3) Biddings will be conducted through the international competitive biddings(I C B),procedures as specified and is open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the guidelines for the procurement under the financial assistance( IFAD OF 1982).
4) Bidders may bids for one or all the items above but in each case bidders must quote for the required quantities.
5) Interested bidders may obtain further informations  from me.
