An Email with the Subject "This is the third time I am sending you this E-mail" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 28 Aug 2010 14:00:37 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam Email. The sender shows as "Mr. Taylor Briggs"<tbriggs@tbriggs.co.uk>.
The email address was probably spoofed. Do not reply to or contact any persons or organizations referenced in this email, or follow any URLs as you may expose yourself to scammers and, at the very least, you will be added to their email address lists for spam purposes.

Please pardon me as I am aware that this is not a conventional way of relaying an important message such as this. I did try without success to locate either your contact address or fax number and as such, I resorted in contacting you via email.
My name is Mr. Taylor Briggs, a Partner-in-Charge in the firm of T & Briggs Consults In, in 85 Fleet Street, London EC4Y 1AE, we are a Private Investigators, Security Consultants and Financial Managers. We are conducting a standard process investigation/Recommendation on behalf of African Development Bank Group (ADB), The African Investment Banking Conglomerate in conjunction with standard Bank International London thus will be referred to as our clients.
