A Scam Email with the Subject "TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 24 Aug 2010 16:12:51 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Dr. FUNG Victor Kwok King" <>, although it may have been spoofed.

Please forgive this unusual manner to contact you, but this particular letter/email is of 
exceptional and very private nature, as by virtue of my vantage position in Bank of China -Hong 
Kong i have a lucrative proposal of mutual interest to share with you.

1-Are you aware of any relative/relation having the same surname, whose last   known contact 
address was Asia?
2-Are you aware of any investment of considerable value made by such a person at the Bank of China 
Hong-Kong {Hong -Kong}?
3-Can you establish beyond reasonable doubt your eligibility to assume status of next of kin to the
