A Scam Email with the Subject "Qualification numbers (154/4456/011)." was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 31 Jul 2010 17:23:50 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was UNESCO <info@unesco.org>, although it may have been spoofed.
