Dear Friend,

I am Mr.Aziz Issa, the m=
anager of bill and exchange at the foreign remittance department of (B.O.A)=
Bank of Africa, In my department I discovered an abandoned sum of ($10.5m =
US dollars) (Ten Million five hundred thousand US Dollars) in an account th=
at belongs to one of our foreign customer, who died along with his entire f=
amily on December 10, 2006, in plane crash with Airbus A320 Plane. <B=
R>
Since i got information about his death, I have been expecting=
his next of kin to come over and claim his money because we can not releas=
e it unless somebody applies for it as next of kin or relation to the decea=
se as indicated in our banking guidelines and laws, but unfortunately i lea=
rnt that all his supposed next of kin or relation died along side with him =
at the plane clash leaving no body behind for the claim.

It =
is therefore upon this discovery that I decided to make this
business proposal to you and release the money to you as the next of kin o=
r relation to the decease for safety and subsequent disbursement since nobo=
dy is coming for it and i don=E2=80=99t want this money to go into the bank=
treasury as unclaimed bill.

The banking law and guideline h=
ere stipulates that if such money remained unclaimed after Four years, the =
money will be transferred into the bank treasure as unclaimed fund. The req=
uest of a foreigner as next of kin in this business is occasioned by the fa=
ct that the customer was a foreigner and a (Burkina be) cannot stand as nex=
t of kin to a foreigner.

I agree that 50% of this money will=
be for you as a foreign partner, in respect to the provision of a foreign =
account upon our conclussion and 50% will be for me.

Therefore, to enable the immediate transfer of this fund to yo=
u as arrange, you must apply first to the bank as relation or next of kin t=
o the deceased indicating your bank name, your bank account, your private t=

here in the money will be remitted upon receipt of your reply, I will send =
to you by fax or email the application which you will fill your banking Det=
ails and send to our bank.

I will not fail to bring to=
your notice that this business is hitch-free and that you should not enter=
tain any atom of fear as all required arrangements have been made for the t=
ransfer.

You should call me immediately on =
