A Scam Email with the Subject "proposal......!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 17 Sep 2017 21:27:35 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Phil Cambell" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
