A Scam Email with the Subject "PROJECT DEVELOPMENT," was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 04 Jun 2017 12:28:42 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Abu Dhabi Fund for Development <adamclarka@outlook.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear Sir,

We are seeking the attention of investors, project owners and general business facilitators for possible collaboration through project development and the actualization of viable investment initiatives globally.
